The FiberX FX-I375-010 is a 4K HDMI 2.0 AOC hybrid cable of 10 m length and 4.5 mm outer diameter. With the specification "HDMI Premium High Speed with Ethernet", it is ideally suited for AV transmissions with up to 18Gbps. Both precision plug contacts are gold-plated and equipped with the patented ULS? Locking system. A hybrid design combines optical fibres for AV transmission and copper wires for power (HDMI 5V) and data (such as HPD, CEC). This means that the FX-I375-010 is fully protected against electromagnetic interference. With this halogen-free cable, you opt for perfect transmission quality thanks to its low attenuation. It is powered directly via HDMI and requires no extra power supply.
Since the cable diameter is very small at 4.5 mm, it allows a tight bending radius of up to 45 mm (static) or 90 mm (dynamic). You can easily run the cable in tight environments, such as the back of a rack. Thanks to the gold-plated precision plug contacts and the plastic housing, it is insensitive to corrosion. In case of fire, less smoke is produced than with cables containing halogen.
Long distances
The hybrid structure of glass fibres and copper cables enables significantly longer cable lengths than conventional HDMI copper cables. Due to the construction, lengths of up to 30 metres are available for the cables of the FX-1375 series. Since the transmission via fibre optics is free of electromagnetic influences, the cables can also be used in complex environments without any problems.
Quality and bandwidth
With this cable you can transmit AV streams at up to 18Gbps. This makes a resolution of up to 4K / UltraHD with up to 60Hz incl. digital audio signal and with support of HDCP up to version 2.2. possible. Delays in picture or sound are disturbing and unprofessional. The FX-I375-010 transmits directly (zero frame delay) and also supports ARC or eARC (if supported by the device) as well as transparent EDID. It also meets these high quality standards on a mechanical level. The patented Ultra-Lock System? locks the HDMI plug in each connection socket. This means your connection is permanently uninterrupted. The 360° safety lock is currently the safest system on the market. Locking is done with just one movement between the locked and unlocked positions.
Use
The FX-I375-010 works according to the "Plug&Play" principle and can be used like a conventional HDMI cable. It is unidirectional (directional). The ends are clearly marked so that it cannot be connected the wrong way round. The manufacturer does not guarantee adaptation to other types of signals.
