The FiberX Active Optical DisplayPort 1.4 cable FX-I250 transmits uncompressed audio and video signals over distances of up to 100 metres. This compact cable was developed for professional applications. User-friendly through simple plug-and-play, it offers the full bandwidth of max. 32.4Gbps with absolute 24/7 reliability. The cable consists of glass fibre and copper cores. It is lightweight, flexible and is also characterised by an unusually tight bending radius of 48 mm. With its advanced optical engine, the FX-I250 hybrid cable offers full DisplayPort signal integrity and supports transparent EDID, HDCP (up to v2.2) and DPCP - with zero frame delay, zero latency and no compression. The user has the impression of using a short, high-quality copper cable. Simply connect and the full capacity is available. The products in the FiberX series are the ideal solution for transmitting video and audio signals over long distances and at a maximum of 32.4Gbps using AOC hybrid fibre optics. They prevent various limitations that can occur with pure fibre optic systems.
The integrated AOC fibre optic DisplayPort 1.4 hybrid cable FX-I250 from the FiberX series enables lossless and uncompressed signal transmission of up to 32.4 Gbps. It is therefore capable of transmitting content with a resolution of 8K 60Hz, i.e. UltraHD-II at 60fps. The maximum range of this hybrid cable, consisting of glass fibre and copper strands, is 100 metres - completely loss-free and with full EDID and HDCP (up to v2.2) and DPCP support. Thanks to the latest chipset, these integrated variants even transmit a digital audio signal. The cable also has a minimum bending radius of just 48 mm.
The latest technology:
The integrated AOC hybrid DisplayPort via fibre optic cable FX-I250 offers several advantages over pure fibre optic solutions and is designed for DisplayPort (HDMI / DVI also available). Resolutions up to 8K / UltraHD-II / 4320p with 60Hz are supported over distances of up to 100 metres. Thanks to the fibre optic / copper hybrid construction, EDID and HDCP / DPCP as well as digital audio signals are supported.
Pre-assembled lengths:
The FX-I250 series is available in lengths from 10 metres up to an incredible 100 metres, each with pre-assembled DisplayPort connectors on both sides.
Please note:
The cable must not be connected the wrong way round, the ends are clearly labelled. A successful connection with a DisplayPort adapter cannot be guaranteed.
