ELMO MO-2 Mobile Document Camera - WiFi - Miracast - Android Platform - White

 The ELMO MO-2 document camera is super lightweight and the successor to the extremely popular MO-1. The compact, foldable design of the MO-2 is ideal for mobile use in schools and universities and not only impresses with extremely high flexibility, but now also comes to you with an integrated battery. Like its predecessor , the ELMO MO-2 can be used with or without a PC, but now also features an integrated Android platform with which you can surf the Internet without a PC or access learning applications via a WiFi connection.

The integrated Android operating system is also one of the highlights of the brand-new Visualizer, as this function - in combination with the integrated rechargeable battery - allows you to work completely self-sufficiently. Simply connect the ELMO MO-2 to your Internet via WiFi (of course, this also works classically via a LAN connection) and you are ready for interactive teaching in 2020. Via the secure ELMO Play Store, you can now download various apps and save them directly on the camera. Since ELMO provides its own app store, you don't have to worry about security either; all apps are checked before they are released and then also meet ELMO's high-quality standards. Install via the in-house store, for example, a QR code scanner, an app for translating foreign languages, or use augmented reality to make what you see even more tangible for your pupils. With the ELMO MO-2 you can introduce completely new approaches into your lessons and make learning much more interesting.

The ELMO MO-2 Visualizer has built-in Miracast wireless connectivity: simply connect the document camera wirelessly and easily to display devices with Miracast functionality. This means you no longer need a cable connection if you want to connect the MO-2 to a Samsung display, for example, because all professional displays from Samsung have this support and you do not need to purchase any additional hardware. But a direct connection with a beamer would also be possible at any time via Miracast. Almost all manufacturers now offer a Miracast dongle with which the document camera can connect and bring your presentation to the big screen. With Miracast you not only save yourself the "annoying" cabling, but are also ready to present within a few seconds.

As mentioned earlier, ELMO's mobile visualiser has a built-in battery that allows teachers to move around the classroom to engage directly with students without being tied to cables. The built-in battery provides power for approximately 3 hours and 40 minutes.

The single rotating camera head gives you the flexibility to not have to reposition the camera every time. With the help of the integrated LED lamp, you can illuminate objects perfectly at all times. The integrated microphone allows you to record your presentations as video and send them to the participants afterwards. Of course, with the ELMO MO-2 you can also easily play back presentations that have already been created via the document camera and thus use them several times. Simply use the integrated SD card slot and play back images and videos without a PC.  Thanks to the 16x zoom and the full HD resolution (1920x1080 pixels) , objects and documents of A3 and larger can be filmed.

The ELMO MO-2 document camera also impresses with its connectivity all along the line and comes with an HDMI output, HDMI input, VGA output, 2 x USB type A, 1 x USB type B, RJ-45, audio output 3.5 mm stereo, audio input 3.5 mm stereo, Wi-Fi in the 2.4 and 5GHz range, and a wireless Miracast wireless display technology.

You can also connect a USB mouse and keyboard to the ELMO MO-2 at any time. Optionally, ELMO also offers you the CRA tablet and the ELMO CRB interactive whiteboard system as matching components with which you can add further functions and possibilities to the MO-2.
