The Chief XFD1U is a floor wall mount with electric height adjustment for large XL displays. With a load capacity of up to 140.6kg and a VESA standard of 200x200 - 860x510mm, you can mount almost any display, interactive or not, on the high-quality floor wall stand. Chief's electrically height-adjustable mount is designed for displays between 55 and 100 inches. The Chief XFD1U floor wall mount convinces with a height adjustability of 660mm (stroke) and an automatic stop mechanism as soon as an object or finger gets under the display. This function is very popular in schools or when working with children and is a real help in daily use. A special feature is the so-called "memory function", with which you can save up to 3 height settings and recall them at any time. This means that the holder can also be used by other people at any time and adjusted to your personal set-up in no time at all.

This floor-wall mount offers the enormous advantage that you can integrate heavy displays firmly into a room and use only minimal space. In such a case, the main load of the mount is not borne by the wall, but by the floor. For this reason, this mount can also be used in rooms with drywall and you do not have to forego height adjustability just because the conditions are not perfect.

The Chief XFD1U floor wall mount can not only be used as a height-adjustable display mount in meeting and conference rooms, but can also be used as a mobile infotainment system in lobbies or shop windows at any time. Of course, the floor wall mount is ideal for use in classrooms, where it is often used as a replacement for conventional blackboard systems in combination with an interactive touch display.

The installation of the Chief floor wall mount is deliberately kept simple so that even non-professionals can carry out the installation themselves. So that you can still act flexibly after installation, Chief offers you a "ControlZone" with the XFD1U floor wall mount, which can be used for subsequent fine adjustment of height and levelling. This means that you do not have to work to the millimetre during installation and can also make fine adjustments afterwards.

As already mentioned, the Chief XFD1U is electrically height-adjustable. It is operated via a control panel on the bracket itself. Optionally, you can also control the floor-wall mount via a separately available remote control set (Chief PACREM). In this version, you receive a classic remote control as well as a Bluetooth dongle with which you can adjust the height remotely. If you prefer to do without the remote control, you can also purchase the Bluetooth dongle (Chief PACBLU) separately at any time and then only control the lift via the app, which is available free of charge. The Bluetooth version has the charming advantage that the remote control cannot be misplaced or stolen.

Safety is another aspect that makes the Chief XFD1U so popular: a display attached to this mount does not wobble when writing or drawing on the display. This phenomenon occurs very often, especially with cheaper mounts, which is very unpleasant when drawing and writing on a display and hinders the work more than it helps.

The electrically height-adjustable floor wall mount also has an integrated storage space (406 x 203mm), which can be used, for example, to store the remote control and a mini PC.

As far as storage is concerned, the Chief XFD1U has an integrated cable management system that allows you to route the cables almost invisibly to the display. The integrated strain relief protects the cable and the display from being forcibly disconnected.
