The new generation of Barco ClickShare systems, the Barco ClickShare C-10 GEN2, further enhances your teamwork, whether it's a quick brainstorming session in the huddle room or a presentation or meeting in a small to medium sized meeting room. As today's workplaces require seamless collaboration and flexibility even with meeting participants' devices (BYOD), the Barco ClickShare C-10 GEN2 helps you share content on screen or remotely easily and wirelessly. With the ClickShare C-10 GEN2 you can share your content quickly and easily from any laptop (Windows or Mac) or mobile device such as smartphone or tablet with just one "click" via the free ClickShare App or with the optional ClickShare Button. Sharing content in existing Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Webex conference rooms is also no problem. In contrast to the ClickShare C-5 GEN2, the ClickShare C-10 GEN2 has a number of useful additional features which we will present in more detail in the next section. Of course, the ClickShare Present systems can also be used for stand-alone sharing only. In addition to mirroring your screen with Airplay, GoogleCast or Miracast to the room display, the room display can also be mirrored to your own device, for example. Finally, you decide yourself what you want to share - e.g. your entire screen or a single window. With its multiple functions, the ClickShare C-10 GEN2 is definitely an optimal solution for the success of hybrid collaboration in your meetings.
Touch back: If you have a touch screen display connected to the Barco ClickShare C-10 GEN2 , as a presenter you can control any application on your laptop from the display. This saves you the inconvenient additional handling with the computer's mouse.
Moderation: As the moderator of a meeting, you control and select what is shared. You get a preview on your laptop of all input sources connected to the Barco ClickShare C-10 GEN2 base. You decide how and when the information from each source is shown on the room display. This can be two users simultaneously side by side on one display or as a display on 2 separate displays.
Blackboarding: With one click, the Barco ClickShare C-10 GEN2 can be used to switch between presentation view and blackboard on the touch display. This allows participants to use the touch screen in the meeting room as a writing board at any time, which is very practical for spontaneous writing or sketching of ideas for the meeting, for example.
Annotation: This additional feature of the Barco ClickShare C-10 GEN2 is also an ideal addition to any meeting. Participants can use this function to easily and directly add comments to the, information displayed on the touch display of the meeting room or supplement it with markers.
Forget about tangled cables, mismatched cables and different connections or operating systems - with the comprehensive BYOD-Support (Bring your own device) of the Barco ClickShare C-10 GEN2 manages the wireless connection of all devices quickly and smoothly with up to 4K resolution and lip sync. The ClickShare C-10 GEN2 's video performance up to 4K is of course dependent on CPU, battery, Wi-Fi/ network quality and sources on the display screen.
As with the Barco ClickShare systems , the ClickShare C-10 GEN2 allows you to connect mobile devices to the system at any time. The wireless connection to the ClickShare C-10 GEN2 is possible both from a notebook with the included ClickShare button and without the button. Notebooks, tablets or smartphones can connect via the desktop app for Windows or MAC or the mobile app but also via Google Cast, Airplay and Miracast. This covers all common providers and gives you a wide variety of connection options.
Even if it is not always visible - the Base Unit is the heart of the ClickShare C-10 GEN2 system. You can easily and simply mount this Base Unit on the wall, e.g. with the enclosed bracket, thus eliminating the need for time-consuming installation. The Base Unit receives the wireless data either from the ClickShare Button or the desktop or mobile app and ensures high-quality and smooth playback. The Barco ClickShare Base Unit is best mounted near the room display or projector. The connection from the display/projector to the Barco ClickShare Base Unit is made via HDMI. If you do not have an HDMI connection on the display or projector, you would of course have to work with appropriate adapters. For the connection with a video conference camera, both a USB-A 3.0 and a USB-C port are available.
The Barco ClickShare C-10 GEN2 can of course also be integrated into your network via the LAN connection on the ClickShare Base Unit. No matter whether you want to connect the device to the network via Ethernet or set up a dedicated VLAN for all your ClickShare devices in the company - you can easily realise a seamless integration into your network at any time . Of course, security is also a top priority for all ClickShare systems. The ClickShare C-10 GEN2 is the most secure wireless presentation system with ISO 27001 certification. By integrating the ClickShare C-10 GEN2 into your network, you also have the option of centrally managing the device and any ClickShare systems that may already be in your company. Whether you want to realise this central management via the optional Barco XMS EU Management Server or via the optional cloud-based Barco XMS Management Platform is of course entirely up to you. In any case, the device management of your Barco ClickShare Base Units is greatly simplified by the XMS systems.
For the ClickShare C-10 GEN2 , the manufacturer Barco grants a 1-year warranty as standard. With the activation of the already included SmartCare, you can extend this warranty to 5 years. Please note that end customers must register their ClickShare system within 6 months of receiving it in order to activate SmartCare. With SmartCare, in addition to the warranty extension, you also receive extended service through priority helpdesk access, fast hardware replacement and 24/7 access to online tools and documentation from the manufacturer. SmartCare therefore means for you: fast on-site replacement through express shipping, extended hardware coverage up to 5 years and investment protection as you avoid unexpected replacement costs.

ClickShare Base Unit
Although not always visible, the Barco ClickShare Base Unit is the heart of the ClickShare system. It receives wireless data from the ClickShare Buttons or the free optional ClickShare App and ensures clean playback. ClickShare USB-C Button
Barco ClickShare Buttons are the interface between user and technology. They are the click in ClickShare. Simply connect to the USB port of your laptop, press the button and your screen content is displayed in the large screen in the meeting room. Each ClickShare Button is paired with the ClickShare Base Unit to ensure that your content is played back on the correct display. Pairing is quick and easy, so ClickShare Buttons can easily be used in other meeting rooms. Multiple buttons can be paired with the base station.
The ClickShare C-10 GEN2 comes with one ClickShare Button and the ClickShare Base Unit. Additional buttons can be purchased separately.
