As standard, deliveries to EU countries are always dispatched as a complete delivery. For shipments outside Germany, we are happy to offer you partial deliveries as an option subject to a surcharge.
For orders with different delivery times, the longest delivery time always applies. Please note: if you pay in advance, the delivery time is automatically extended by 1-3 working days. You will always be informed of the expected delivery date or goods issue date with our order confirmation.
Freight forwarding goods and bulky goods are always delivered free curbside. Parcel goods are delivered to the front door / loading ramp. Delivery of goods is always Monday to Friday. Extras such as delivery free point of use, express or deadline deliveries and delivery on Saturday we offer on request.
