The shipping costs already include the costs for the total delivery, the preparation of shipping documents and customs clearance. Partial deliveries are possible for an additional charge.
For deliveries to Switzerland, additional customs duties and fees may apply. You can find more information here in the Online rate calculator.
Freight forwarding goods and bulky goods are always delivered free curbside. Parcel goods are delivered to the front door / loading ramp. Delivery of goods is always Monday to Friday. Extras such as delivery free point of use, express or deadline deliveries and delivery on Saturday we offer on request.
If you wish, we can also gladly arrange for delivery to a parcel station in Germany, which will take care of the export to Switzerland. Should you send us the official export certificate by e-mail or fax after export, we will of course also refund the VAT.
