What is the procedure for purchasing VXT licences?
he easiest way to order VXT is directly via our online shop. Samsung itself does not offer direct sales of licences in Europe; licences can only be purchased via Samsung partners. As a VXT certified partner, we are the right contact!
Simply add the desired number of licences to your shopping basket. Depending on the quantity, we also offer discounts that are deducted directly in the shopping basket.
Write the following information directly in the comment field of the shopping basket and send it to us with your order. If you do not have this information to hand, our customer service team will contact you by e-mail after you have placed your order and ask you for the following information:
- Please provide us with the e-mail address you used to register at https://samsungvx.com/onboarding. Samsung itself does not activate VXT instances, so the free test server is a prerequisite for activating VXT licences.
- Please let us know the name of the organisation under which the test server is registered. You will see this name when you log in to VXT. You will see the organisation name in bold on the start page.
- Contact person First name and surname
- Telephone number for queries
After your feedback, we will order the licence(s) from Samsung. Activation of the licence currently takes at least 1-2 weeks. You will receive the licences directly from Samsung by e-mail and can activate them on the test server.
