What are the shipping times for my order?

You can find the delivery time for each item transparently listed in our shop, even after selecting a delivery country. We also offer you a real-time availability display for this. These delivery times are very reliable, although delays may occur in exceptional cases. We often receive automated incoming goods data from suppliers or manufacturers for items, but these are not binding and may be delayed for various reasons or due to problems with delivery. Therefore, all our information is always only an estimate of the delivery time. However, you can be sure that we will always try to deliver to you as quickly as possible.

Problems with shipping are annoying for everyone involved. However, they can always occur. We therefore ask for your understanding that we no longer have any control over the delivery once we have handed it over to the parcel service or freight forwarder. 

When you order in advance (bank transfer), the receipt of money is crucial and the delivery time increases accordingly. We use automated systems that automatically report the receipt of money to us. Unfortunately, a transfer receipt cannot be taken into account, as there have unfortunately already been cases of fraud.
