Is delivery free to the house or free to the kerbside?
Packages are always delivered free to the front door. Delivery of packages to their destination is usually a chargeable service provided by the parcel service and can be requested from us. Even though some drivers may deliver to the destination as a gesture of goodwill, this is not always the case, which is why we would like to point out this chargeable service. Freight forwarder goods are always delivered free to the curb. We are happy to offer you a chargeable delivery service to the point of use. However, for this we need more information about your location. This applies in particular to larger displays. Our customer service will be happy to send you a form for this, which we kindly request you to fill out and return to us. Especially with large and bulky items over 2 meters, delivery via elevators and stairwells is difficult to realize. Therefore, we need as much information as possible to avoid delays or interruption of delivery.
