CTOUCH Hello Board: The secure all-in-one video conferencing solution for modern meetings and discussions

The CTOUCH Hello Board is a modern and secure solution to enable cross-location collaboration. It is the perfect all-in-one solution for modern meetings and discussions. The system is made up of several separate, modular elements: a high-resolution screen with integrated 80 watt speakers, an integrated microphone array, an OPS PC, a wall mount and the EShare full licence. The only thing you need to purchase separately is a video conferencing camera that meets your requirements. Otherwise, everything is prepared for you and quickly ready for use.

Windows 11 IoT and Microsoft Teams integration

Equipped with Windows 11 IoT, you have a fully-fledged Microsoft Teams desktop interface at your disposal. Compared to most MTR devices on the market, this is a big difference. As the Hello Board is based on Windows, you can use all the Microsoft 365 applications you need. Miro, PowerPoint or Microsoft Planner are just a few examples.

Versatile functions for productive collaboration

Use the integrated whiteboard with Windows Ink support for creative brainstorming sessions. Use the integrated browser for quick research or simply start a video conference with colleagues and business partners. Want to use wireless screen sharing? No problem! A full EShare licence for Android, Windows, iOS, macOS and Chrome is included in the scope of delivery.

Management and updates

The Hello Board can be managed and set remotely using MyCTOUCH. The Hello Board includes Teams and Windows updates for the coming years. CTOUCH provides monthly updates to ensure your security and stability at the highest level. Incidentally, the high level of security has been confirmed by Grant Thornton with independent security audits.

Room reservation system and customisable home screen

The Hello Board also serves as a room reservation system. Upcoming meetings are clearly displayed on the screen. The start screen of a Hello Board can be customised to your wishes and needs.
