Immediately after booking your appointment, you will receive an email from us with a link for the session. You will also receive another reminder before the counselling session and the link is also included in this email. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact us at any time by phone, email or live chat.
The counselling time for a video counselling session is set at 30 minutes. However, if this should take a little longer, this is not a problem. Our experts are of course there for all your questions!
In order for us to be able to advise you individually and in the best possible way at all times via video chat, you need the following:

- E-mail adress
- PC/laptop with microphone & loudspeaker or tablet or smartphone
(Note: Displaying articles or blueprints on a mobile phone is possible in principle, but not recommended because the screen size is usually too small).

You can book appointments for free video counselling a maximum of 60 days in advance. Changes to the scheduled appointment are easily possible via the booking link you receive.
