is much more than just a showroom. In order to offer our customers a unique experience, we have completely gutted our former company building. The result is a unique showroom that presents the products of leading manufacturers in practical solutions over two floors and an area of around 500 m². From companies to educational institutions and military facilities - our EXPERIENCE CENTER offers the right solutions and scenarios for every customer. In our training and conference rooms, we offer target group events on various media technology topics, including conference solutions and collaboration with remote participants in companies, teaching in the digital (hybrid) classroom, as well as digital advertising for retail, companies, cities and municipalities.

Our areas summarised for you in detail

Large conference room in the luxury class

Our large conference room on the upper floor is equipped with a 146-inch Samsung The Wall Business LED wall. The LED wall was installed in a housing designed by us. The bracket for the LED wall comes from the manufacturer Hagor. An AVer video conferencing camera was inserted into the black housing itself so that all participants at the conference table are clearly visible at all times. Speakers have been invisibly integrated into the side of the LED wall and a subwoofer has been installed.

A Yamaha ceiling microphone is located on the ceiling for perfect voice pick-up of all participants throughout the room. The Crestron touch panel can be used to control both the meeting and the room, i.e. lighting, blinds and the media technology installed on site. The retractable touch monitor was connected to a room PC. In addition, we can switch on the ClickShare from the CX series at any time and thus offer BYOM in our large conference room. Combined with Crestron Flex, we can utilise the full power for every conference room. All devices and solutions always work together. We use Microsoft Teams as the basis for our meetings, but all other video conferencing providers are also possible via BYOM. We use a 55-inch Samsung Flip Pro 4 as our digital whiteboard. A Flip should be a standard feature in every meeting room because its functions and possibilities offer a completely new approach to brainstorming.

A Crestron room booking display was installed in front of the conference room so that it is always possible to see whether the room is occupied and for how long. Spontaneous meetings can be booked at any time via the touch panel.

Our seminar and lecture room

Our lecture and seminar room has been equipped with a large Hisense 86-inch touch display from Hisense. Perfect for lectures and presentations, even webinars can be perfectly presented within minutes.

The Nureva HDL-300, a unique soundbar with integrated microphones and loudspeakers, installed above the Hisense display, ensures high speech intelligibility. With up to 8192 virtual microphones, this audio conferencing system reliably captures every person in a room, anywhere and with consistent quality. No matter where you are standing, your counterpart will always feel as if you are standing right in front of the display.

An AVer CAM570 has been installed on the rear wall so that presentations and webinars can be recorded or streamed live. The camera automatically follows the speaker around the room and, thanks to zoning, can also perfectly capture and display the content of the Hisense touch display.

Speakers and guests can easily connect to the display via the Barco ClickShare CX-50 Gen 2. For BYOM and BYOD in perfection.

An Evoko Naso room booking display was installed in front of the room. Here, too, you can see from a distance whether the room is currently free or occupied. New appointments can be booked from anywhere via a calendar or directly in front of the room.

Our Samsung Area

Our Samsung Area shows you all Samsung signage displays from 15 to 98 inches in a direct size comparison. Take the opportunity to see for yourself how the displays differ in size.

Of course you will also find the Samsung Flip Whiteboard Displays from 65 to 85 inches in our Samsung Area. A classic 2x2 LCD video wall with Samsung Signage Player Box and various Samsung touch displays were of course also included. As a highlight, the 82-inch 8K display from Samsung was integrated at the head of the meeting table.

In addition, there is a brightness comparison of various Samsung series at the entrance to the Samsung Area. This comparison is very interesting for you, as you can directly recognise the relationship between the room brightness and the display brightness and what effects a matt and glossy panel can have in sunlight.

Experience Samsung Flip in comparison. From 55 to 85 inches, you can really "freak out" with us and put the interactive flipcharts through their paces.

All our Samsung signage displays are managed centrally via Samsung VXT and Samsung MagicINFO. You can test these yourself on site at any time. Try out how easily and quickly you can create content via the CMS and publish it on all displays. You can also try out the management and control of the devices. We expressly encourage you to try it out.

EXPERIENCE CENTER entrance area

When you open the doors of our EXPERIENCE CENTRE, your gaze will inevitably fall on the impressive Samsung SMD video wall. Not only because we warmly welcome you to our centre, but also because the Samsung SMD wall solutions create a great image and are a real eye-catcher. Take a seat and let the impressions sink in. If you wish, we can also offer you a delicious latte macchiato or an ice-cold cola to go with it.

As soon as you sit in front of the Samsung LED wall, you can also take a direct look at the new Hisense AIO LED wall with a screen diagonal of 138 inches. Thanks to the integrated Android operating system and soundbar, you can simply open a browser and connect wirelessly to the Hisense LED wall.

OUR BYOD vs BYOM area

BYOD vs. BYOM are two terms in AV/IT that make every meeting a little better and facilitate collaboration. There are now so many different providers and customers are spoilt for choice. How are you supposed to decide?

Right next to the entrance area, we present our BYOD vs BYOM direct comparison. Test the solutions from Airtame, Barco ClickShare, ScreenBeam, Mersive and BenQ in a unique comparison. Test for yourself which of the solutions best suits your wishes and plans. So that you can view the cases from more than just the outside, all devices are wired to an iiyama 24-inch touch display. Our huddle room

Huddle rooms can be found in almost every company today. Huddle rooms are small meeting rooms that are deliberately designed for a maximum of 4-6 people in order to keep the attention and concentration of the meeting participants high.

That is why we are showing you a ready-made concept for such a meeting room on the upper floor. Our table offers space for 4 people and is equipped with a Yealink MeetingBoard 65-inch display at the head end. The Microsoft Teams certified touch display can be used immediately via the integrated Android 10 operating system, but it also offers an optional interface for a Windows OPS PC. Participants can connect to the display either wirelessly or by cable. The available USB dongles, which offer genuine plug & play without installation, are ideal for uncomplicated connections. The 65-inch display comes with an integrated 4K video conferencing camera, microphones and speakers.

For larger meeting and conference rooms, you can use two Yealink MeetingBoards to create one large display. However, to ensure that all participants can still be heard clearly, Yealink offers wireless expansion microphones that you can distribute around the room. Companies can easily set up a complete intelligent conference room with the MeetingBoard by expanding the MeetingBoard with Yealink Room Panel, Room Sensor and Touch Console.

Our video phone box

Video phone boxes are a good way of avoiding unnecessary utilisation of meeting rooms and keeping them free for larger groups. The purpose of such a video phone box is obvious: spontaneous, short video conferences for a maximum of 1-2 people. Video phone boxes are installed either in corridors or in open-plan offices.

What could be better for this than the Microsoft Surface Hub 2S with a 50.5-inch screen diagonal. You don't need a laptop or a smartphone. The Surface Hub 2S is simply equipped with a Microsoft Teams Room licence and can then be used immediately by any employee for video conferences or quick brainstorming sessions across locations with the Microsoft Whiteboard app. The Surface Hub 2S has a high-quality smart camera that captures everyone perfectly and, of course, directly integrated microphones so that the person you are talking to can understand you clearly at all times. And thanks to the built-in speakers, you can also hear everything.

Our video phone box can be found on the upper floor, perfectly integrated into the corridor.

Shop window and outdoor area

You can see our 75-inch Samsung outdoor display in an elegant Hagor stele from afar as soon as you arrive.

As soon as you have parked in our car park, you will see our shop window displays perfectly staged in the shop windows around the building. For digital advertising even outside our regular business hours.

Marvel at solutions such as the dual sided window displays from Samsung or high-end shop window solutions from Dynascan. You have never seen such a direct comparison and in the end you will realise why investing in a shop window display is the right decision.

School sector

Our school area on the ground floor with interactive ultra-short distance projectors, various document cameras from AVer, ELMO and Optoma as well as modern touch displays from iiyama and ViewSonic will inspire every teacher.

Of course, we will also be focussing on the topic of hybrid teaching and, in conjunction with an AVer Cam 570 and an AVer DL30, will show you how you can move freely around the classroom and integrate pupils into lessons outside the classroom.

Touch displays for companies

Front Row video conference room

Take a look now at the brand new 105-inch iiyama touch display in 21:9 format. Test the gigantic stretch display for modern video meetings with us. See for yourself the new possibilities offered by such a conference room display. Perfectly suited for Microsoft Teams and Front Row. In order to offer the unique Microsoft Teams experience, the iiyama touch display has been combined with a Yealink meeting bar and a Yealink control panel. This allows meetings to be started and ended from the comfort of the table.

A motorised media unit from Hagor is also located in this area. This fits perfectly into any room and always offers a high degree of flexibility.

Customised solutions

Then there is the area on the ground floor with various customised solutions. Marvel at a 100-inch display from Dynascan or various stretch displays from BenQ, which can be perfectly staged in shopping centres, retail outlets or integrated into furniture, for example. The Pantone-certified signage display from BenQ ensures accurate colour reproduction and is therefore particularly suitable for digital advertising where you don't want to compromise on colour quality.
