The new CTOUCH Heartbeat Life can be ordered for CTOUCH Riva 1, Riva 2 and Riva D2. More and more digital whiteboards have to be replaced after 4 to 6 years. The boards no longer receive updates, become slower and slower over time and are no longer up to date. With CTOUCH Hearbeat Life, you can put an end to this process and ensure that your display is updated with the latest hardware and firmware even after 4-6 years and also supports the latest security protocols. Sustainability is a top priority at CTOUCH and with Hearbeat Life you can protect yourself and your investment for up to 10 years after purchase!

With CTOUCH Heartbeat Life, you have the option of receiving hardware and software updates for up to 10 years after the market launch of the touch display. In addition, our customers from the education and business sectors receive a manufacturer's warranty of 10 years on the purchased display. Heartbeat Life also includes a full licence for Wireless Screen Sharing (EShare licence). In addition, you can be trained on the new functions after receiving a free upgrade module from the manufacturer. If you purchase the display and CTOUCH Heartbeat Life at the same time, the service is automatically booked to the serial number of the display. If you wish to use the service at a later date, we will need the serial number of the display on which the service is to be booked.

What is included in CTOUCH Hearbeat Life? Regular bug fixes, function and security updates as well as an extended warranty on the display and the expansion module. You also receive a full licence for wireless screen sharing (EShare licence) and the option of remote management via Sphere. The upgrade modules for Android will be sent to you automatically as soon as they are available. So you don't have to worry about anything.

With Heartbeat Life updates, CTOUCH ensures that the interactive display works just as well in room A as it does in room B. Not only through software, but also - if necessary - through an upgrade module for more performance and security. Always the same experience - even if the existing touchscreens are different models. Subsequent activation, even for old devices, is possible at any time with CTOUCH - because the idea of sustainability is paramount at CTOUCH.
